Healthcare vigil organized by Moveon.org. People told their healthcare stories. There was no yelling or screaming about fascism or a government takeover. Or anyone talking about wanting their country back. It was just some sad broken people talking about their broken healthcare issues.
I was the first to speak. I was a bit nervous and felt rushed. If I get another chance to speak, I learned a lesson to take my time and tell the full story. I spoke for only a minute or so. Many spoke for ten minutes or more. So many terrible stories. Honestly, I feel like the lucky one after hearing some of them.
Anyone who couldn't attend tonight can light a virtual candle here.
