DeAndre Ramone Way (born July 28, 1990 in Chicago, Illinois), better known by his stage name, Soulja Boy, is an American rapper. His single "Crank That" has reached a peak position of #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently on the chart Crank That (Soulja Boy) is the debut single from rapper Soulja Boy. He has a remix with his cousin Devonte B. from Hopkinsville, KY that will be coming out October 2, 2007. The video features cameo appearances by Arab, Bow Wow, Omarion, Mr. Collipark, Unk, Baby D, Jibbs, Zandy and Rich Boy. There are remixes of this song including artists such as: Twista, Jermaine Dupri, Byyahhh, Jae Millz, and Short Dawg This song appeared at the beginning of an episode of Entourage, "The Young and the Stoned". Soulja Boy has performed the single on both TRL and 106 & Park on sep 01, 2007
