Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Wangari Maathai, founder of the Green Belt Movement, says that all countries, industrialized and developing, must learn to live within their means. Maathai was in New York for the UN summit on climate change where she delivered an address yesterday. There have been promises from the major industrialized nations, including China and the United States, to take action on climate change but it is unclear whether they
