Yardbirds Cover Song "Think About it" Greenhouse Effect Songs - Phil Keegan Guitarist Music 1988.
Phil Keegan tears his way through one of Rock's greatest guitar solos here as Drummer Clark Hagins bashes the drums with power. Bassist Rick Carmody holds it all together with some John Paul Jones like bass. "We tried to keep this song as close to the Yardbirds as we possibly could" says Clark Hagins in 2007. Greenhouse Effect with their three man presentation easily match the underground psychedelic garage energy of the 1967 yardbirds. "I wanted to get the lead vocals as much as the late great Keith Relf as possible" says Hagins. Recorded with Dan Jamale at Gardena California's Media Kitchen Studios (South Bay Sound) in March 1988 for G.e's "Global Warming" album,..a disc that would change indie alternative rock for-ever !! When playing Live, the band always hit with power with Keegan Leading the way.
