Until now, the FCC refused to allow Mark Lloyd to be interviewed.  Clearly feeling the heat, it was only a matter of time before Mark Lloyd spoke up.  Regardless of what Lloyd says, the reality is that if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, then my man, it’s a duck. Hello!!! Further, in reference to his claim of not being one of Obama’s czars, blame it on Obama, he coined the phrase. WSJ
