what people are saying

On November 4th, 2008 history changed course. in one of the largest and most dramatic public gatherings to date in the US, President Barack Obama claimed a landslide victory against John McCain ushering in a new era in American politics. Two graduate students from Montana State University's MFA Program in Documentary Film were on-site in Grant Park that momentous day and produced a film that captures the anticipation and excitement of the masses. As Obama takes over the White House many wonder what new changes are in store for stem cell reseach, alternative energy, and the preservation of our wild spaces. Important issues in science and nature are once again on the agenda and we at TERRA are hopeful that Obama will move these issues back to the forefront.
