The Florida coast line is constantly shifting. Natural processes move the sand back and forth, north and south and occasionally a big storm removes it altogether. Of course unnatural processes are also affecting the beaches of the area. Huge sky scrapers, miles of beach front condos and the constant pressure of holiday makers on the beach.
