PRINA'S THOUGHTS: This brings back so many memories when hip hop was good. Special Ed first broke on the seen in 1989. He is mostly known from his hits "I GOT IT MADE" & "I'M THE MAGNIFICENT" Special Ed was only 16 when his album Youngest in Charge which housed these hits. Special Ed joined the ranks of Public Enemy, Salt -n-Pepper, DJ Jazzy Jeff (Will Smith) & The Fresh Prince, Queen Latifah, Krs One, Doug E. Fresh, etc. You can hear by his lyrical content and by the company that was kept in hip hop it wasn't easy getting a record deal and it was your skills that got you the respect. Special Ed and a host of others all paved the way for what we call hip hop today. Hip hop had been replaced with a flooded market of rappers. Get to know who these people are who paved the way for the new cats of tomorrow. Make them proud by bringing back the elements of TRUE HIP HOP!
