INDIANAPOLIS/ WISH--- Metro detectives have made an arrest in a home invasion robbery that ended with one man dead and his nephew shot in the hand. 24-Hour News 8 learned Fidel Vega, 20, turned himself into police at around 4:45 p.m. He faces a preliminary charge of murder, robbery, felony battery, and carrying a handgun with a license.
