Over the weekend we became aware of the speech given by Lord Christopher Moncton at the Free Market Institute in Minnesota late last week. That speech highlighted the danger we are in, as a sovereign nation, come December of this year. It is then world leaders will meet in Copenhagen to address the Kyoto Protocol.
