World Bank : World Bank Group President Robert Zoellick is calling on leaders of the world's richest countries and major oil producers to act now on surging food and oil prices.

Zoellick says the world is entering "a danger zone," and about 10 billion US dollars are needed to meet the short term needs of the places and people hit hardest.
