This is not at all acceptable! Italy, I beg you, do please stand for "Democracy Now" and "Democracy for all!" Demand justice, demand the truth! How can we consider ourselves a civilized people when we forget to treat each other with dignity? It has long been known that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. So, I ask: "Was anyone watching when such torture was taking place? No one heard the cry? No, don't patronize me, don't say that the young man fell and expect us to believe a word of it. Stefano's cry for help must have passed through the thickest of walls. I believe that someone beside the perpetrator know, and that all who know are silent. I wonder if the voice/s of those who know have been silenced or if their voices were lost when they lost their souls.
I sincerely hope that someone within the Italian Government will uncover the truth. A life has been taken, and with Stefano's life, the lives of his family have been amputated. I pray Justice will return in Italy.
