After arriving back from Italy, I once again find myself longing to return. For some reason, I don't quite feel as though I am quite home until I am back in Florence. I suppose it will eventually pass. But after a 9.5 hour flight from Frankfurt, I not only was able to think over about the past two weeks in Florence, but I also caught a nasty cold. So the results of being stuck at home for a week, finding little entertainment value on the tube, and having quite some free time - I decided to take a couple of hours to put together a little something to remind myself of the amazing time I had at the Festival della Creativita' 2009. Because as Giorgio Gaber put it - "Come'é Bella la Cittá, come'é grande la cittá" For those of you who will celebrate in tonight's festivities, have a wonderful and safe Halloween and don't forget that even with a costume, you can always travel on.
