Hi. I have often read of athletes etc. beng inducted into the Hall of Fame and have never seen the name of Donald "Ducky " Scarf, an Armdale boy who was an impressive Snipe competitor in the 40's-50's. He won many events locally, and nationally. Why is he not honored???
