The most under recognized half of Barack's rich lineage is his Irish half. Obama's mother comes from a very diverse cultural background filled with presidents and politician's dating back to 17th century Virginia. She's related to Hillary Clinton, Lyndon Bains Johnson, Dick Cheney and George Bush, just to name a few. It's ironic that Barack Obama is the decendant of slave owners while his wife is the decendant of slaves.

As far as kids singing songs about an American President in school, good for them. I sang songs about Kennedy and Eisenhower when I was a poop butt kid.
