Check out what they have done under the authority of "ADMIRALTY" jurisdiction to turn teh COAST GUARD into a "SPECIAL BRANCH OF MILITARY" - not within the Department of Defense - but under the Department of Homeland Security.

MILITARY LAW = ONE FORM OF MARTIAL LAW has been fractured and taken out of the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE and into the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY to where a self-declared "SPECIAL" Branch of Military has now seized control over almost innumerable CIVILIAN JURISDICTIONS - CIVILIAN AUTHORITIES - CIIVLIAN AFFAIRS....
