Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has obliterated UK day-one sales record, previously held by Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV. War-hungry Brits snapped up a colossal 1.23 Million copies of the game, almost double that of GTA IV, which previously held the record at 613,000 sales.I can't say I am surprised, considering the huge buzz around the title. Activision made plenty of noise in London last night at the launch party. Some stores opened at midnight with hundreds queuing up to get the game. Did you get yourself a copy?
