Spain hosts fourth International Pro-life Congress On November 7, the city of Zaragosa will light up four kilometers of candles in memory of those who were never born. In total, one million candles are being lit in favor of life. One for every abortion that has happened in Spain since 1985, the year a law was passed allowing the practice.
