I listened in horor as a woman vet that has been in the war areas sounded alot like she was making excuses for this Hassin person.My husband did three tours of duty in Vietnam and if any vets should be angry its the vets of Vietnam.You cannot excues or justify what this man did ,it looks like it was a prematiated act.He knew what he was doing and he new who he wanted to hurt.We seem to allow people to do whatever they want to military personnel ,and we excuse them for it.Hate is a cancer that eats at the soul.To bite the hand that feeds and educates you with our tax dollars is not right.

I fully agree with you Mrs. Hebert. You've made more sense in your comment than I've read or seen in news clips. I feel the same way I do whenever I hear about any acts of terrorism. These people know what they're doing before and while they're doing it and Hasan is no different. I believe that had he not been stopped by the police officer, he would have killed more people before ending his own life. I hope he gets punished for the crime of premeditated terrorism, murder and attempted murder. This should not be excused or justified because of so- called mental reasons. He is just a terrorist and murderer. There is no excuse for what he has done.

Mrs Johnson could not be more wrong and to know that she is sticking up for this terrorist is Unforgivable. Im promise you if it was one of her family memeber of friends that got killed he would be a muslum terrorist in her eyes. Your 15 min of embarresment are up you trader. So i would put her in his slot and send her over there again

Ms Johson, sounded like she was pulling for Hasan. The JAG was truthfull and she was not. Yes she did turn the wrong corner and was detained, but i would like to ask her what kind of combat she had while driving around in the desert. She has no clue about what war is about.
What is scary , she represents all us Veterans [Viet Nam 67 & 68]. She would not have been so lucky. I believe she should resign or be told to resign from her position. She was wrong in every thing she talked about. She was standing up for this useless Hasan. Get rid of her.
