As part of fotoweekDC, the future construction site of JBG's Central Place in the middle of Rosslyn became a huge screen showing photographic and video art every night from Nov. 6 to Nov. 10, 2009. The video artists were Sean Capone, Kate Gilmore, William Lamson, and Scott Wolniak; photographic artists were Mary Noble Ours and Jason Horowitz. But what made the show was the Rosslyn scenery.
