One of several types of events the Secretary of State has initiated to reach out to populations where she is visiting is the "Townterview." Our girl loves neologism. This is both a compound and a blend of Town Hall and interview. She held the Townterview today at the oldest university in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas.
