I've been following the Dreams and OBE course streamed live every week from the San Fransisco Gnostic Centre. The lectures are great! Edith Pritchard from the Gnostic Movement has been giving them, and she's such a fantastic teacher!It seems quite a few people who have been following the course have had success already!

I thought I'd share last night's lecture with you - how to wake up from a dream. Edith explains how our awareness and actions in daily life relate to what we do while dreaming, and how we can use this to our advantage to wake up in the astral plane from our dreams.
