When I went to work this morning I was reminded about September 11 2001 by my local radio station WLEV100.7 and Cat Coutry 96.1. They play patriotic music and interviewed callers who were either there or knew someone who was in the towers. I was happy that they thought it important enough to remember this day.

But to my great surprise I had to seardh high and low when I came home from work to find a TV channel that was doing a special on 9/11. I searched through the channels and I only found the History channel. This is sad. We as Americans forget things too easily. We need to see these events every year. Why you may ask, when we forget is when we get attacked again. Too many brave men and women died on this day and after this day to keep us safe and it should be remembered every year.
