  Rick Dipley commented: I'm completely stumped here. I'm currently trying to open a tanning salon and here is this new tax... I've lost all faith in the government. So before I even start their is all this new b.s. about taxes. Why just tanning salons? They say everything but, I heard specifically heard tanning mentioned as a newly taxed service. What more do they want? I mean i started tanning to even out my outrageous farmers tan that bummed me out. Now when i try to offer a service help with the same reason I started patronizing the service. Give me a beak they have nothing better to do than to figure out how to screw some more people out of money. What will the tax go to? To help people that blame the service they paid for. Like I'm going to sue cigarette companies because I go cancer for smoking. I did it myself. I'm responsible for what I do. If I attempt suicide and get caught its a crime. Damned if you do and damned if you try i guess....

  unconstitutional commented: This tax is unfair , the dermatologist are behind this because they have larger pockets for lobbyist. the one thing Obama said he would get rid off ( lobbyist),They took out the botox tax and put in a tan tax are you kidding me ,Will we be taxed if we go in the sun too, How can a fed tax single out 1 business this is unconstitutional. shouldn't the states deside on their own taxes . Businesses are hurting already this will hurt even more , and I am sure there will be workers let go and owners will have to work harder and longer hours , just to pay the bills , What happened to the American dream . Obama' s American dream- work for the government-welfare-un-employeement -big government-and of course taxes -and I forgot community service witch I am sure will be mandatory and if you dont do it you will be fined. NO for health Care

  commented: Tax tax tax and when they run out of people to tax and the economy grinds to a slow halt the dumb asses in washington will wonder why. If your a lazy piece of **** that likes to sit on your ass and get a free handout you've come to the right place. We dont have the money to support all the current handouts and we have chosen to take our outstanding credit card bill to new unheard of levels. Who pays for this mountain of debt? I guess the *******es in Washington think those that choose to get a tan? How much does the avg tanner make/yr? $25k? We are ****ing taxing tanners to help us pay for a trillion dollars in new spending? WTF is the math behind this ********.
