I love this song

Dear friends,  On Saturday, November 22nd, 2008, my students were competing at Sheraton Hotel. The competition was held by KELT and we had to send 8 students to compete (2 for Listening, 2 for Speaking, 2 for Reading and 2 for Writing). Well, out of the 8 students, 4 are my students and the other 2 are my ex-students.  On Thursday, November 20th, 2008, two days before the competition, my students encouraged me to come and support them and I said ‘OK!’ However, as I said, on Friday I fell ill and on Saturday, I lost my voice completely.  I had already prepared my camera and other things but then my mom wouldn’t allow me to leave the house. She asked me to stay at home and take a rest.  Due to this reason, I gave my students an sms saying that I couldn’t make it and I was terribly sorry about it. He said that it was fine and asked me to take a rest. Not long after, another student sent me an sms asking whether I would come. So, once again I replied that I couldn’t. She was a little bit down but said that she would do her best. Well, noticing that I couldn’t come, they kept sending sms again and again stating that they were down because all other groups had their teachers. Therefore, I also kept sending them sms and asked them to think positive and BELIEVE.  I remembered the word BELIEVE from Kung Fu Panda and Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston’s song When You Believe. I could still remember my last sentence just before the competition ‘…………………. Believe in yourself, believe in your friends and the most important thing is believe in God.”  Then, I started to wait and wait and keep on waiting ….. In the afternoon, I was informed that they were on tie break. I became a little bit nervous yet I BELIEVE that they could definitely do it. Few moments later, one of them called me, telling me that they had tragically lost the competition and laughed. I said that it was fine and it was just to give them experience about joining competition because most of them were the X grade
