This is basically a Princess Tutu OVA that complies different parts of the first season together to form this special episode (which is the first of three Princess Tutu specials). It is mostly narrated by Mr. Cat (and Ahiru during recess) as Necko Sensei tries to teach his students (and the viewers) a lesson about ballet at the end of the year.
