Yes, I'm calling Tool a prog band. Musically, this song is Tool at their best--angry, full of doubt and angst; atmospheric, moody, dark, sinuous, and heavy all at once. (Gives me goosebumps just listening to it.) A masterpiece. The video was done by the same Tool fan who did part 1. Pretty good work.
