she plays a Gadd9 shape capo'd four frets up, that is just the E and A strings of a G chord with the occasional A on the G string 2nd fret (thats the add 9). Then she goes to a Cmaj7 thats the C shape with no top C on the B string (thats the maj7) And she adds the flatted fifth (little finger on the D string 4th fret). Sounds jarring.
Her third chord which should be D7 she plays as a C shape but two frets up from the C (that is the D is the 5th fret of A string) She leaves the other strings open which gives it the open tuning sound.
