10/11/07 - U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) talks about her plan to more-than-double AmeriCorps' Eli Segal Education Award at an event on college affordability at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. Following the event, Senator Clinton signed the ServeNext Pledge to Expand National Service, which would effectively increase AmeriCorps' ranks from 70,000 to 100,000 members by 2012.
