Good workout this morning, feeling very strong. Completed everything and felt accomplished. WORKOUT 1 Core Circuit Circuit – Repeat for 6 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets Kettlebell Slingshots 32kg – 12 each Assisted Narrow Grip Pullups #14 - 12 reps Also included a 20 minute cardio session along with my shoulder flyes, elbow exercises, face pulls and stretching. Today is day one of the Transformation Challenge. Several of us are doing this together for the next 12 weeks. This is a new deal started by Bill Phillips. What I like about this Challenge is that there are no requirements as to the type of plan you use, type of exercise, type of eating plan, or supplements you use. It is focused on the change you can make within and outside of yourself during the 12 weeks. Starting off at 250 as my official start weight.
