Minister Nimal Siripala Silva arrived to Nikawewa village on last wednesday (2008.02.20). He placed foundation stone to a kidney diseases observatory. Most of villagers who live in this remote area are poor. Not only poor but also retarded too. Doctors in Nikawewa hospital detected most of villagers are kidney retarded. Then authorities attended to it.
