anyway both of them are useless without the seal and ninetail power.
the reason why naruto lost is because he used his ninetails power earlier and now the power is fading away. but sasuke juz started using the lvl 2 cursed seal which is at full power.if naruto did rasengan earlier, he wud have won the fite.

Darkboy, and all of you, I tell you why Rasengan lose to Chidori. Because Sasuke is now level 2, his power is stronger. But Naruto loses only because in Chidori are little darkness. Just look the color!! IT'S BLACK!! And I'm finnish, so my english is no very good. Sorry and bye!!
