I remember this game well. Sheffield United had won 10 games on the trot and if Man Utd could beat them they would go top. It was an all ticket sell out. I was with a friend stood outside listening to the commentary on a radio. Near the end when the gates opened to let the crowd out, we went in and stood at the back of the Stretford end. The score was 0 - 0 until we witnessed George's goal near the end. The best freebie ever.
