A better nights sleep last night. In bed at 8P and up at 4:30A. At the gym at 5A.
A good but exhausting workout. 25 lunges at a time are a lot. I started my circuit after my core workout and then did my 4 sets of shoulder flyes (15 lbs) and my elbow exercises.
