Before Senator Obama started his speech at Wayn... (more) Added: April 04, 2008 Before Senator Obama started his speech at Wayne High School he gave a few shout-outs to local officials. He introduced mayor Tom Henry, former mayor Graham Richard, former Congressman Tim Roemer, labor leader Connie Thurman (UAW) and Rick Stevenson. You can watch for yourself but it seems quite obvious to me that Stevenson got the biggest pop of them all. Also interesting was that the current mayor's applause seemed small in comparison to the applause given former mayor Graham Richard...
