I shall therefore endevour to lose weight by jumping about in my flat and eating fruit and veg - at the moment I represent the size of the average woman in 2020 will look like in UK if you continue to stuff your kids with burgers and ice-creams.
Processed junk food from childhood helped me put on all these extra inches - now I will see if a healthy diet and some exercise can get rid of my gut and butt without needing plastic surgery afterwards because of weight loss.
I'm aiming for half a stone a month weight loss until I get down to an average healthy weight for my height (about 9 and half stone is healthy if 5' 5" female).
I cut out all chocolate, cakes, crisps,caffine,artifical sweetners most processed food and many dairy products on 31st of December 2007 - using soya, suppliments and salad for calcium instead. I'm not a veggie and I'm still allowing natural sugars in fruit and fruit drinks!
