http://thisisnotadiet.org - So today was the 2008 Health & Fitness expo in Los Angeles. A few of us from thisisnotadiet.org went down to see the sights! It was really a mixed bag of stuff but all-in-all, it was a delight and we met some wonderful people as you can see from the video. I was actually surprised to see McDonalds there but I guess everyone is jumping on the health bandwagon these days!
