I was in my college year when I heard about a car that runs on water. The inventor who is a Filipino, I forgot his name, he promote the device to the public.. Unfortunately, I never heard of him again..
I would like to know is the device really works? I'm looking for solid evidence if the device is really true. Many people would say "TO SEE IS TO BELIEVE".
