Yeah, the Wii Fit balance board is seeing more hacks than the venerable Roomba as of late, but unlike yesterday's blend of World of Warcraft and Wii Fit, BodySurf actually looks like fun. It works exactly as you'd imagine: You lean left and right to move your ship, and though its hard to see power-ups are deployed by shaking the Wiimote. BodySurf is a custom script for GlovePIE (a program that allows for Bluetooth connectivity between PCs and Wii peripherals), meaning that this hack is now widely available for public use now that the hard lifting (read: the coding) has been completed. I've always said that Audiosurf is the heir to Harmonix's long lost Amplitude/Frequency empire, and I doubt that Nintendo will be able to do anything with the Wii Fit board as entertaining as this hack.
