This is a remarkable visualization representing the commit history of the Python scripting language project. I imagine that spoken languages follow similar patterns. Of course, these patterns can likely be found in anything that lives and grows. They could represent the assembly of the new Girl Talk record. They could explain how the Obama campaign came together and won the nomination. They could tell the history of the Sierra National Forrest. These are the bits and pieces that bounce around and make life happen. But it's one thing to theorize about this and quite another to actually see it happen as we do here. It's a beautiful thing. code_swarm - Python from Michael Ogawa on Vimeovia @innonatepreviously on wtg:the visual art of william s burroughsrecylcing chartjunk as artwhen cartoons were cartoonybeck, al, interactivity and the spirit of fluxusFiled in: art
