This is from the beginning of the film The Fearless Freaks by Bradley Beesley. In the clip you can hear (and see) Wayne say something along the lines of: "We're going to blow up some balloons. And we are gonna sing happy birthday. And I'm gonna throw some blood on my head. And we are gonna sing some songs about death, and life, and love, and what it means to really be alive." I don't know, I just think that it's really great~
