Cross training... for a multi-sport sport. The surfing aspect is what I as a surfer love. It's a whole different dimension and allows you to look at the energy from the ocean. The actual Stand Up Paddle competition in of itself is great also. As a former triathlete I would use Stand Up Paddling as a cross training platform. Be warned.... this is addicting and may cause you to pass on hammering your 100 mile weekend ride. Even though this is more of a commercial for Surf Tech the message is loud and clear. I've surfed the Ron House Surf Techs and like all Ron House Shapes they're fun. more about "Standup Paddle, triathletes", posted with vodpod
