The parallels between 1968 and 2008 are staggering in regards to potential polarity that is developing within our culture as a result of the dynamics offered by this years democratic race. 68, however, was far more tragic with the loss of Kennedy and King weighing heavily over the public. Which again brings to mind senator Clinton's ghoulish attempt to draw the painful parallel between the two periods. Hopefully, 2008 will have a happier ending.
