Hov has indeed mastered the art of selling Hip Hop to white people. BBC covered the recent Glastonbury Festival where Jay-Z took the stage, but in an unconventional way. The Jigga-Man opened up his set playing guitar & sang a track by Oasis (Wonderwall), & the crowd loved it (score one for Jay-Z)! Next, Jay went into his hit "99Problems" (produced by white producer extraordinaire Rick Rubin) & others, mixed with music not common to the Hip Hop genre. Score another one for Hov (is that Memphis Bleek on stage?!?!?! OH SHIT!!!!). Thanks Jay for taking Hip Hop on this field trip & thanks white people for the hospitality you've shown my friend Hip Hop....just remember.....No "N word"!!! Ahhh yes, Hip Hop....the love of my life...you've definitely have evolved into something anew. You continue to express yourself in various ways & for that I will forever love you.
