Connie Francis sings "And I Love Him" - her nod to the 1960's "British Invasion" in American pop music. This song was recorded in 1965 for her album, "Connie Francis Sings The All Time International Hits," which featured her beautiful voice in English and eight other languages.
The song, "And I Love Her," was written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon and originally featured on The Beatles' 1964 album, "A Hard Day's Night" - the group's third LP. (The group also starred in the movie of the same name.)
Photos and music from Ken Slavin's personal collection. (Song is digitized from the original vinyl LP.)
