According to The Virginian Pilot, the Hampton Roads Partnership, in conjunction with the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance and the Washington Airports Task Force, has launched an online effort to get the public to contact lawmakers regarding transportation. The new site, BeatTheGridlock.com, includes information on how to contact the legislators. And there is also a way for legislators to respond. The responses will be posted on the website.
