All our major cities do have poverty..but how many of those in the Senate has campaign supporters who milk thier taxpayers for 100million dollars to renovate the housing for the poor...and took the money and ran...Obama is the only one I know of...Tony Rezco...just convicted...100K...people...

Oprah gave up on the American inner city kids, giving 40 million to African children. When asked why she gave to other children than our own black poor, her comment was:

Ever major city in the united states has the conditiond discribed by your critics. If you are going to be critical of Obama look at all of your political figures in the city over the last 50 years... The answer is in the cities history and Obama did not write it.. but, hopefully, he can re-write it.. not only for Chicago but for the nation as a whole.
