I Like John But this Video Professer gets your charge card and cranks it for all its worth. I told them when I first ordered product I did not want any more CDS they gave me a complicated cancelation procedure I should have Known right then. They sent them anyway when I returned them they said they were lost in the mail. I Do mail order from home I can not prove it But I have sent over 10,000 items by the US Postal Service and they Have not lost one yet. I finally only lost $85.00 But you can learn on your own just as well
