Thanks for posting this! This change of military prescence in Latin America was bound to happen as the occupation in Iraq became less popular at home and mired in battles with the resistance there. As Chavez, the rightfully elected leader moves towards expanding socialist programs the powerful moneyed elite look to USA to intervene.
