See these people? See Michael C. Hall? Well, I was invited to this party and never made it. The guy in the hat I think is Marc Ecko, he makes clothes or something (what would I know, I'm the only homo in all of So Cal who will wear jeans with the Costco-Kirkland label). And there were people there I knew, including you, James Hibberd from the Reporter, and that would have been nice, but after being in traffic for four hours (much of it in need of a bathroom) I was in no mood to continue down to the Convention Center, walk among thousands in unruly crowds, and then duck into a bathroom to change into a jacket and dress shirt to head over to India Street for a party where I figured all the VIPs would be behind one of those privacy ropes anyway. If I'm wrong about that last part, sorry.I love Dexter, and I love my pals at Showtime (thanks, Mica, for getting me an invite) but it just wasn't gonna happen that day. They sent me a 2 by 3 foot poster of the image to the right, however, and that's really cool. It's a Shepard Fairey poster, the artist of the Obama poster that you've seen in this same style. And I have clippage, including Jimmy Smits, after the jump.LINK
